About Me

I am currently a junior at Emerson College, majoring in journalism and minoring in sports communication and creative writing. When I am not in class, I am a part of a variety of student organizations on campus - camera operator for Emerson Channel Sports, a reader for Generic Magazine, and several roles for SplatterVirgin’s zine. I also am an office assistant at Emerson College’s Office of Campus Life, responding to questions and managing items for several departments and student organizations. To learn more about sports and sports writing, I did two internships with the Cotuit Kettleers, a collegiate summer baseball league team. In summer 2023, I was a game day operations intern, responsible for camera operation during Youtube live-streams and setup of the information tent. When I returned for summer 2024, I was the community reporter, reporting on events at the ballpark and in the Cotuit community. I also wrote for the sports section of the Berkeley Beacon, Emerson’s student newspaper from fall 2022 to winter 2024 to start my sports journalism career.
